On Smith's 23rd birthday, Bieber published on Instagram: "Happy birthday to my brother and best friend. Thank you for your constant efforts in making this world a better place! Polly Samson (4/29/1962, Taurus Tiger), David Gilmour (3/6/1946, Pisces Dog) : The musician and novelist have been married since 1994 and share four children together (including a son from Samson's previous relationship). Samson has explained: "David has always been incredibly, incredibly supportive of me.
