Maya Angelou (4/4/1928, Aries Dragon), James Baldwin (8/2/1924, Leo Rat) : The two celebrated writers were close friends for many years. Angelou was famously prompted to begin work on her acclaimed memoir, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, by her publisher telling her an autobiography could not be serious literature. She later described: "I said, ‘Well, hmmm, maybe I’ll try it.’ The truth is that [my publisher] had talked to James Baldwin, my brother friend, and Jimmy told him that ‘if you want Maya Angelou to do something, tell her she can’t do it.’" After the memoir's publication, Baldwin said: "This testimony from a Black sister marks the beginning of a new era in the minds and hearts and lives of all Black men and women."

Martin Short (3/26/1950, Aries Tiger), Steve Martin (8/14/1945, Leo Rooster) : The two actors have collaborated multiple times, from the film Three Amigos (1986) to the TV series Only Murders in the Building (2021-). Short has described: "You know, you make movies and you’re in each other’s lives for a few months, in Yugoslavia or wherever, and then you never see each other again. But Steve and I made each other laugh, and we’re clowns, so that’s a big seductive element. That created a determination to see each other, and then have dinners, and that evolved into taking family vacations together."

John Stockton (3/26/1962, Aries Tiger), Karl Malone (7/24/1963, Leo Rabbit) : The two basketball stars formed one of the most successful duos in NBA history, sharing an 18-year playoff streak with the Utah Jazz and achieving a combined 24 All-Star appearances. Stockton described in 2022: "I felt there was something magical. [Malone] read my mind. He caught everything. He finished everything. He had all my work ethic and then some. He loved the game. Just one thing after another. Just kind of bond, bond, bond, bond to where now he is literally inseparable for me as a brother...[T]here’s nothing I wouldn’t do for Karl Malone, and I think he feels the same way."

Ivana Trump (2/20/1949, Pisces Ox), Donald Trump (6/14/1946, Gemini Dog) : The real estate developer and future US President were married from 1977 to 1992 and had three children. In a 2017 interview, Ivana described: "Donald gave me all the opportunity to go and prove myself. I built the Commander Hotel. I built the Trump Tower. Then Donald [sent] me to Atlantic City, and I was flying at 8 in the morning after breakfast with the kids to Atlantic City on the helicopter. I think that Donald supports the woman. Meryl Streep (6/22/1949, Cancer Ox), Don Gummer (12/12/1946, Sagittarius Dog) : The celebrated actor and visual artist were together for around 45 years after they married in 1978. They have four children. Streep described in 2019: "Teamwork is everything. My husband Don was … very involved. He was a little more relaxed when it comes to raising kids. I was more of a tiger mom. When my son Henry was little, he wanted to learn to play the piano but the teacher we hired was not very good, and Henry lost interest. Kate Moss (1/16/1974, Capricorn Ox), Naomi Campbell (5/22/1970, Gemini Dog) : The two supermodels have maintained a close friendship since they were teenagers. Campbell has written: "Kate and I have seen each other through the good and the bad.
