Michael Douglas (9/25/1944, Libra Monkey), Sharon Stone (3/10/1958, Pisces Dog) : I found that as I began dipping my toe into Kamala’s world, it brought us even closer together. I realized how much of yourself you leave on the trail, how much these stories weigh on you, and—though I couldn’t imagine it possible before this—I grew to understand and admire who she is and what she’s been able to accomplish even more. They have been together for over 40 years and celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in 2019. They have four children together. Bon Jovi has described: "[Our secret is] [m]utual respect. Having grown up together and grown together. And we really like each other. We want to hang out...[W]e enjoy each other and we never fell for the trappings of what celebrity can do."

Tim Robbins (10/16/1958, Libra Dog), Robert Altman (2/20/1925, Pisces Ox) : The actor and actor/director collaborated on multiple occasions, including on the films The Player, Short Cuts, and Ready to Wear. In 1997, Altman expressed his admiration for Robbins, saying: "If an actor doesn't surprise me, I don't work with him again. They've got to show me something I could never think up myself. But what really amazed me was Tim's restraint as a director in Dead Man Walking. A lot of guys are facile at showing off. But he hid. To do that, you have to have your ego in the right place. I can't do that. It was masterful."

Gwyneth Paltrow (9/27/1972, Libra Rat), Daniel Craig (3/2/1968, Pisces Monkey) : The two actors have been friends since co-starring together in Sylvia (2003). Paltrow recently admitted to being somewhat overawed by Craig: "If you’re friends with someone before they become James Bond, and then they become James Bond and you’re nervous to see them at a party because they are now James Bond, is that weird?"

Mary Beth Hurt (9/26/1946, Libra Dog), Glenn Close (3/19/1947, Pisces Pig) : The two actors have been close friends since the 1970s. Close described: "I remember one time we were in an actor bar, and I think a famous tennis player came up and [Hurt] literally said, 'Shoo! Shoo! Go away.' She’s very funny, very smart, and I always felt a little like I didn’t quite measure up. Because I didn’t think I could be that kind of witty-funny. But I remember deciding that I’d much rather have Mary Beth as my friend than to try to be the wit of the party. And we’ve had this extraordinary friendship our whole careers."

Tom Petty (10/20/1950, Libra Tiger), George Harrison (2/25/1943, Pisces Sheep) : The two celebrated musicians became friends when they collaborated as part of The Travelling Wilburys. Petty described: "The Hindus think that when you meet someone and you feel really close to them immediately, that maybe you knew them in a past life. And that was how it was with George. We instantly became very close. And I remember him saying to me, 'You know I’m not going to let you out of my life now.' We really got along well, and shared a sense of humor. And we became very close friends."

Mikhail Gorbachev (3/2/1931, Pisces Sheep), Ronald Reagan (2/6/1911, Aquarius Pig) : The 40th US President and the eighth and final leader of the Soviet Union are credited with together ending the Cold War. In a series of meetings between 1985-1988, the two leaders agreed to a significant reduction in arms and transformed the relationship between their respective countries. The Reagan Foundation now records: "The unlikely pairing of a devoted anti-Communist advocate of capitalism with a dyed-in-the-wool Marxist resulted not only in the most significant arms reduction treaty in history, but in a permanent change in U.S.-Soviet relations. Neither country, nor the world, would ever be the same again. Somehow, against all odds, 'Ron and Mikhail,' as they eventually came to call each other, had found a way to make the planet safer after all."

Mike Nichols (11/6/1931, Scorpio Sheep), Emma Thompson (4/15/1959, Aries Pig) : The actor and director/producer collaborated multiple times, including the films, The Remains of the Day (1993), Primary Colors (1998), and Wit (2001), and the TV series, Angels in America (2003). After Nichols died in 2014, Thompson described: "Working with [Nichols] was like going to an eclectic, unorthodox, and highly original university. We would all get to wander about in the corridors and high ceilings of his mind—for free, mind you—each making different discoveries according to our tastes and aptitudes. Then, later, we would find that those discoveries applied to the rest of our lives...As for the laughing, there was no end to it. There were periods of hilarity that I am surprised I survived, let alone him. He laughed and cried in equal measure, to excess and always with good reason. Maria Shriver (11/6/1955, Scorpio Sheep), Arnold Schwarzenegger (7/30/1947, Leo Pig) : The actor/politician and and journalist/author were married from 1986 to 2021 and have four children. They separated when, after completing his term as Governor of California, Schwarzenegger revealed to his family that 14 years earlier he had fathered a child with their longtime maid. Schwarzenegger has since described: "I can beat myself up as much as I want — it's not gonna change the situation. So the key thing is, how do you move forward? How do you have a great relationship with your kids? You can't go back — if I could, in reality, be Terminator, of course I would go back in time and would say, 'Arnold … no.' You know, it's always easy to be smart in hindsight. That's not the way it works."

Keegan-Michael Key (3/22/1971, Aries Pig), Jordan Peele (2/21/1979, Pisces Sheep) : The comedian/filmmaker and actor/comedian are close friends, who appeared together in the sketch comedy show, Key & Peele (2012-2015). They also collaborated on the films, Keanu (2016), and Wendell & Wild (2022). In a joint interview, Key described about their friendship: "[Peele] makes my heart giggle...There’s an ineffable quality, and sometimes it’s timing and luck that people just come across each other at a particular time in their lives. They come from similar places and they bring beautifully different perspectives." Peele said, "We’re each other’s funniest person...Whenever we get together, whether it’s been a day or a few months, it’s like there we are … We have a competition to make each other laugh and it’s just the same infectious thing that doesn’t really exist with anyone else. We’re just constantly trying to crack each other up."

John Krasinski (10/20/1979, Libra Sheep), Emily Blunt (2/23/1983, Pisces Pig) : The two actors have been married since 2010, and have two children. They co-starred in the film, A Quiet Place (2018), which Krasinski also directed. Blunt described in 2013: "Meeting John really changed my life. When I feel the support that I have from him, I feel invincible. There’s someone behind you on your good days and someone in front of you on your bad days."

Laura Dern (2/10/1967, Aquarius Sheep), Diane Ladd (11/29/1935, Sagittarius Pig) : The two actors are mother and daughter. They have co-starred in multiple films, including Wild at Heart (1990), Rambling Rose (1991), Citizen Ruth (1996), and Inland Empire (2006), as well as the HBO TV series, Enlightened (2011-2013). In 2023, they are set to publish their first co-written book, Honey, Baby, Mine: A Mother and Daughter Talk Life, Death, and Love (and Banana Pudding). Dern described: "When my mother received a terrifying health diagnosis, we started taking walks. Walks that resulted in us having the deepest, most honest and even the funniest conversations of our lives together. This book is the result of not waiting to share it all and has brought us closer than ever."

Keith Richards (12/18/1943, Sagittarius Sheep), Ron Wood (6/1/1947, Gemini Pig) : The two musicians have collaborated as the two guitarists in The Rolling Stones, since Wood joined the band in 1975. In the documentary film, Shine a Light, Wood was asked what was Richards' best point, and he answered: "Well, he's very moral and he's very caring, unlike his image." Richards described about their playing: "I know the truth, which is like, we're both pretty lousy, but together we're better than 10 others."
