Neil Armstrong (8/5/1930, Leo Horse), Buzz Aldrin (1/20/1930, Aquarius Snake) : The two astronauts have been closely associated as colleagues since they became the first humans to walk on the moon in July, 1969. In a statement after Armstrong died in 2012, Aldrin wrote: "I am deeply saddened by the passing of my good friend, and space exploration companion, Neil Armstrong today…Whenever I look at the moon I am reminded of that precious moment, over four decades ago, when Neil and I stood on the desolate, barren, yet beautiful, Sea of Tranquility, looking back at our brilliant blue planet Earth suspended in the darkness of space…I know I am joined by many millions of others from around the world in mourning the passing of a true American hero and the best pilot I ever knew. Carlos Vives (8/7/1961, Leo Ox), Shakira (2/2/1977, Aquarius Dragon) : The two Colombian singer/songwriters share a close friendship, and collaborated on the Latin Grammy-winning song, "La Bicicleta" (2016). In a 2023 tribute video, Shakira said: "Carlos, you are the poet who writes verses with my land. An extraordinary musician, and even more extraordinary is your faithful friend’s heart...Artists like you appear every thousand years. That’s why today we want to pay tribute to you. What you have done for our Colombia, neither politicians nor philanthropists [have] achieved. Thank you for rescuing our folklore and reminding us of what we were, what we are, and what we can be. You have brought a piece of us in every song from children, the elderly, and those who didn’t know our customs or spoke our language. Emmanuelle Béart (8/14/1963, Leo Rabbit), Daniel Auteuil (1/24/1950, Aquarius Ox) : The two French acting legends were together for 11 years and have a daughter together. They have remained on excellent terms. Speaking of the relationship later, Auteuil described how Béart expanded his horizons beyond the dramatic arts, while she has said, "I lived eleven years with a man and I never got tired of it."

Pharrell Williams (4/5/1973, Aries Ox), Ariana Grande (6/26/1993, Cancer Rooster) : Musician/producer Williams produced and collaborated on singer/songwriter/actor Grande's Sweetener album. Grande described: "I don’t mix well with people who have crazy egos and right away [Williams] was super fun and chill and nice and there wasn’t any of that. He was more worried about getting to know me and making sure I was comfortable."

Sammy Davis, Jr. (12/8/1925, Sagittarius Ox), Kim Novak (2/13/1933, Aquarius Rooster) : The actor and entertainer reportedly shared an intense but risky romance in the late 1950s. Novak later described: "It was a very dangerous relationship then—a white woman and a black man, no matter his status—it simply didn’t mix publicly. I was suddenly in the eye of a hurricane."

Thirty-five years later, Keaton still talks fondly about Beatty: "He is curious about everyone. He is so seductive in that regard. Woody Harrelson (7/23/1961, Leo Ox), Matthew McConaughey (11/4/1969, Scorpio Rooster) : The two actors have been close friends for decades and have collaborated multiple times, including in Welcome to Hollywood (1998/2000), EDtv (1999), Surfer Dude (2008), and True Detective (2014). Responding to the suggestion that they might in fact be biological brothers, McConaughey said in 2023: "You know, where I start and where [Harrelson] ends, and where he starts and I end, has always been like a murky line. And that’s part of our bromance, right? My kids call him Uncle Woody. His kids call me Uncle Matthew. And you see pictures of us and my family thinks a lot of pictures of him are me. His family thinks a lot of pictures of me are him."

Sissy Spacek (12/25/1949, Capricorn Ox), Jack Fisk (12/19/1945, Sagittarius Rooster) : The actor and production designer/director have been married since 1971 and have two daughters together. Spacek has described: "First we met working together, and throughout the 1970s we just did almost every film together. We really supported one another and we really understood the business. Naomi Osaka (10/16/1997, Libra Ox), Serena Williams (9/26/1981, Libra Rooster) : The two champion tennis players forged a strong bond after they met in the final of the US Open in 2018, when Williams received three on-court violations, and Osaka was visibly upset after her victory. In the aftermath of the match, Williams wrote an apology to Osaka, saying: "As I said on the court, I am so proud of you and I am truly sorry. I thought I was doing the right thing in sticking up for myself. But I had no idea the media would pit us against each other. I would love the chance to live that moment over again. I am, was, and will always be happy for you and supportive of you...All my love and your fan, Serena." Osaka responded, "People can misunderstand anger for strength because they can’t differentiate between the two. No one has stood up for themselves the way you have and you need to continue trailblazing." Kate Beckinsale (7/26/1973, Leo Ox), Pete Davidson (11/16/1993, Scorpio Rooster) : The actor/model and comedian/actor attracted pervasive media attention when they dated in 2019, with Beckinsale being nearly 20 years older. Seemingly referring to the relationship, Beckinsale said at the time: "I’ve never been in this position before — never dated anybody who comes with their own bag of mischief. It’s all quite shocking, and something to get used to. I think if you liked the person less, you would bow out of it. If that were the main thrust of the relationship, there would be a problem. But it’s not."
