James Cameron (8/16/1954, Leo Horse), Gale Anne Hurd (10/25/1955, Scorpio Sheep) : Film director Cameron and producer Hurd shared a noteworthy collaborative relationship, and were married from 1985 to 1989. Before their marriage, they worked on The Terminator (1984), for which they also both wrote the script. They made Aliens (1986) while they were together, and The Abyss (1989) and Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) during and after their break-up. Cameron described in 1986: "We don’t always get along. There’s always creative dialog. I know this movie [Aliens] would not have been possible to do, as you saw it, within the budget parameters, if we hadn’t made such a good team. McCarthy said in 2021, "Even Prince Charming and the fairy tale doesn’t come without work. I loved him so much as soon as I met him, I was like, ‘How do I not mess this up? I’m going to ask him, before we even have our first fight, if we can go to therapy together.'"

Melinda French Gates (8/15/1964, Leo Dragon), Bill Gates (10/28/1955, Scorpio Sheep) : Microsoft founder Bill Gates and computer scientist/philanthropist Melinda Gates met in 1987, and were married from 1994 to 2021. They have three children. Their charitable foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, was the second largest charitable organization in the world in 2020. In 2019, Melinda Gates said, "I think people have a certain view of Bill, because he was a high-charging CEO running Microsoft. I think people must think, 'Oh well, Melinda must not really have equality with Bill.' Actually, I have total equality with Bill. But it took a while for us to get there." Around the same time, Bill was quoted as saying, "Working together as well as raising a family together, there’s a certain intensity to that. But we’re very lucky because we mostly see things the same way, the goals are very much the same."

Merritt Wever (8/11/1980, Leo Monkey), Toni Collette (11/1/1972, Scorpio Rat) : The two actors formed a close connection when they collaborated on the successful and award-winning miniseries, Unbelievable (2019). Collette described, "[Our rapport] was very easy and just felt natural, you know? We didn't have to reach too far to make it feel authentic...it is [a] really important story, and I think every human should watch it." Wever said, "[Collette is] someone whose body of work is part of my artistic makeup and DNA...I actually accidentally quoted Muriel’s Wedding to her face one day, and thought she was gonna think I was the biggest dork. Instead, she received it with like, great affection and forgiveness and patience. I got to tell Muriel, 'You’re terrible, Muriel.' And you know what? There aren’t too many people in the world who can say that, so I’ll take it..."

David Crosby (8/14/1941, Leo Snake), Neil Young (11/12/1945, Scorpio Rooster) : The two musicians formed part of the on-again, off-again supergroup, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Their album, Déjà Vu (1970), remains the most successful for each of the four members. Young and Crosby shared a famously at times fraught relationship. In 2014, Crosby described Young's partner Daryl Hannah as, "a purely poisonous predator." Young responded, "I wish [Crosby] the best with his life. There’s love there. There’s just nothing else there." After Crosby died in early 2023, Young wrote: "David’s voice and energy were at the heart of our band. His great songs stood for what we believed in and it was always fun and exciting when we got to play together...We had so many great times, especially in the early years. Crosby was a very supportive friend in my early life, as we bit off big pieces of our experience together. David was the catalyst of many things."

Arnold Schwarzenegger (7/30/1947, Leo Pig), Lou Ferrigno (11/9/1951, Scorpio Rabbit) : The two bodybuilders shared an iconic rivalry, recorded in the cult classic documentary film, Pumping Iron (1977). The film is famous in part for showcasing Schwarzenegger's legendary "psych-out" tactics against Ferrigno. Ferrigno said later, "My only regret was that I was planning and hoped to reach my full potential and beat Arnold because he was five years older, but I never got that chance...The way I look at it, it didn’t matter if I won, [it] didn’t matter if I lost. It was all about reaching out to the mainstream and educating the public on what bodybuilding really is." Pumping Iron is generally credited with having springboarded both Ferrigno and Schwarzenegger to highly successful and lucrative careers in Hollywood.

Rashida Jones (2/25/1976, Pisces Dragon), Quincy Jones (3/14/1933, Pisces Rooster) : The actor/film-maker made the acclaimed documentary Quincy about her father, the legendary music producer. Speaking about footage showing Quincy recovering in hospital, Rashida explained: "I am so protective of my dad, and obviously, that’s a very intimate story to tell. My brother shot some of that stuff in the hospital, and then I shot some. Really, we did it for him, because we wanted him to be able to see where he was so that he wouldn’t forget and he would take care of himself."

Rosie Perez (9/6/1964, Virgo Dragon), Spike Lee (3/20/1957, Pisces Rooster) : The actor and director first met in the late 1980s when Lee cast Perez in the film Do the Right Thing. Celebrating the anniversary of the film Perez told a crowd of fans, "30 years ago, I met this man and he changed my life. And we need men like him in Hollywood. And we are doing it and we are going to take over, baby. And it takes a man like Spike Lee to help push those doors down. And I appreciate that. I am getting emotional because he literally changed my life. And I thank you."

Benedict Cumberbatch (7/19/1976, Cancer Dragon), Tom Hiddleston (2/9/1981, Aquarius Rooster) : The actors have been friends for over ten years. Commenting on his experience working with and observing Cumberbatch, Hiddleston described: "Over the ten or so years I’ve known him what stands out is his limitless curiosity. He’s keenly aware that life is short and precious, and his range comes from the depth of his internal world."

Melia McEnery (2/1/1976, Aquarius Dragon), Eric Clapton (3/30/1945, Aries Rooster) : The legendary musician and philanthropist have been married for 18 years and have three children together. Clapton has described how before he met McEnery he suffered from addiction and used relationships with women as a form of escapism. Speaking about their meeting, Clapton said: "There was something about her... strength. She occupied her space with absolute authority. It was clear that even though she was half my age she was capable of being an adequate partner for anybody."

John Lennon (10/9/1940, Libra Dragon), Yoko Ono (2/18/1933, Aquarius Rooster) : The famous musicians and artists were committed peace activists who married in 1969. Their intense bond has attracted controversy with many attributing the break up of the Beatles in part to their relationship. Less than three months before his murder in December 1980, Lennon described his connection with Ono in an interview: "It is a teacher-pupil relationship. That's what people don't understand. She's the teacher and I'm the pupil. I'm the famous one, the one who's supposed to know everything, but she's my teacher. She's taught me everything I [expletive] know."

Neneh Cherry (3/10/1964, Pisces Dragon), Cameron McVey (3/11/1957, Pisces Rooster) : The musicians are long term collaborators and partners of over 30 years. Commenting on their evolving relationship, Cherry has explained: "I still feel like there’s more to it. I know that we’re not done and that’s really interesting. We’re still getting to know each other but he definitely knows my digits, you know what I mean? I think it’s a treasure to have relationships for life."

Gwen Stefani (10/03/1969, Libra Rooster), Blake Shelton (06/18/1976, Gemini Dragon) : The two singers married in 2021. They had both been involved in high-profile marriages to fellow musicians—Stefani to Gavin Rossdale, and Shelton to Miranda Lambert—when they worked together as coaches on The Voice during 2015, and began dating. They have since collaborated on multiple occasions, including the songs, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" (2016), "You Make It Feel Like Christmas" (2017), "Nobody But You" (2020), and "Happy Anywhere" (2020). Shortly before their marriage, Stefani described: "I think there was a lot to consider when you have so many people involved. Children, and their hearts, and everybody in my family [and] his family, we all went through a lot together. So I think in a romantic way, when you fall in love so hard and so unexpectedly — and so late in your life — you think 'I want to marry you!' That's the first romantic reaction, like, 'Let's get married.' So we always talked about it, of course, and I think that as the years were going by, it didn't need to happen. There was a lot of healing to do."

Sandra Bullock (7/26/1964, Leo Dragon), Matthew McConaughey (11/4/1969, Scorpio Rooster) : The two actors dated after meeting on a movie set in 1996 and have remained close friends. Describing their relationship, Bullock has commented, "There's a great amount of respect and love. I feel very cared for by Matthew. No matter where he is in his life or where I am in mine—he could be married—I know we would stay close."
