Dean Martin (6/7/1917, Gemini Snake), Jerry Lewis (3/16/1926, Pisces Tiger) : As "Martin and Lewis", actor/singer Martin and actor/comedian Lewis formed one of the most popular US comedy duos of all time, making 16 films between 1946 and 1956. They were famously estranged for 20 years after their break-up, but reconciled later in life. Describing the comic-mayhem-versus-straight-man motif at the heart of their act, Lewis wrote in the autobiographical, Dean and Me: A Love Story (2005), "One time I’d gone so far that Dean and I found ourselves literally standing nose to nose, with maybe an eighth of an inch of air between us. And he said, with genuine anger in his voice, ‘I have finally come to the point in our relationship where I am going to have to tell you, if you do that again, it’s over. Do you understand that? O-V-U-R!’ I planted my mouth on his, gave him a big kiss, and said, ‘I understand perfectly.’ Now, I have to tell you, the first time I ever did that, Dean had absolutely no idea it was coming!...The act might have looked like chaos, but we could always get back to where we needed to get on a moment’s notice...Either Dean and I, together, would save us, or Dean would save me, or I would save him. It was a brilliant concept."

Spike Lee (3/20/1957, Pisces Rooster), Danny Aiello (6/20/1933, Gemini Rooster) : The actor and director/actor famously collaborated on Lee's acclaimed film, Do the Right Thing (1989). Speaking at Aiello's memorial service in 2019, Lee said: "I am honored to be here. Danny and I have been connected forever. Danny was kind of reluctant [to be involved in Do the Right Thing]. You know, we had different backgrounds … he was Catholic, he was raised in Manhattan. I’m Brooklyn. He was reluctant, so I took him to a Knick game. Then I took him to Yankees stadium the house that Ruth built...He said, ‘I’ll do your film.’ ...[Over the next 30 years] [w]e recognized our differences, political or whatever else you want to talk about it but we truly loved each other...I’m just blessed to have known Danny and the great Aiello family."

Normani (5/31/1996, Gemini Rat), Camila Cabello (3/3/1997, Pisces Ox) : As two members of the group, Fifth Harmony, singers Normani and Cabello shared a close and collaborative friendship from 2012 to 2016. At one time, Normani posted to Cabello: "I love you to pieces & I'm so grateful to have gained a sister like you. I've learned so much about life in general and about myself through things that you have taught me. You've taught me to look at certain things or situations from a different perspective. In 2020, after racist social media posts by Cabello emerged from years earlier, Normani said, "It was devastating that this came from a place that was supposed to be a safe haven and a sisterhood...It took days for [Cabello] to acknowledge what I was dealing with online and then years for her to take responsibility for the offensive tweets that recently resurfaced. Whether or not it was her intention, this made me feel like I was second to the relationship that she had with her fans. I really hope that an important lesson was learned in this."

Laurie Anderson (6/5/1947, Gemini Pig), Lou Reed (3/2/1942, Pisces Horse) : Musician Reed and artist/musician/film-maker Anderson were partners for 21 years, and married in 2008. Anderson described in 2013: "Lou and I played music together, became best friends and then soul mates, traveled, listened to and criticized each other’s work, studied things together (butterfly hunting, meditation, kayaking). We made up ridiculous jokes; stopped smoking 20 times; fought; learned to hold our breath underwater; went to Africa; sang opera in elevators; made friends with unlikely people; followed each other on tour when we could; got a sweet piano-playing dog; shared a house that was separate from our own places; protected and loved each other...Like many couples, we each constructed ways to be – strategies, and sometimes compromises, that would enable us to be part of a pair. Carrie Underwood (3/10/1983, Pisces Pig), Mike Fisher (6/5/1980, Gemini Monkey) : Singer Underwood and former professional NHL hockey player Fisher have been married since 2010. They have two children. Speaking on the first episode of the couple's digital series, Mike + Carrie: God & Country (2020-2021), Fisher described, "We learn from each other and have spirited discussions about things that we disagree on, but at the end of the day, we love each other very much." On another episode, he said, "We're not perfect. We don't have a perfect marriage. But we have that one thing in our faith. ... It's a center ground that’s the most important thing around everything."

Jodie Foster (11/19/1962, Scorpio Tiger), Alexandra Hedison (7/10/1969, Cancer Rooster) : The actor and photographer have been married since 2014. Though the couple are famously private, after Foster was nominated for a Golden Globe for The Mauritanian (2021), Hedison posted a photo with the caption: "What happens in quarantine stays in quarantine. Every day I'm a proud wife but today you get a special shout out in the remote land of [Instagram]...I'll have to show you my phone for you to see this but still...I'm shouting from the rooftops."

Rebecca Miller (9/15/1962, Virgo Tiger), Daniel Day-Lewis (4/29/1957, Taurus Rooster) : The actor and filmmaker/novelist have been married since 1996 and have two children. Though they have rarely discussed their relationship publicly, Miller mentioned in a 2018 interview that she had refused to allow the famously method-acting Day-Lewis to stay in character at home: "I was just like, 'That’s not going to happen.' It’s good to at least maintain one personality for your child." She also referred to a recent trip to their home in Ireland: "[W]e went and got hot whiskeys in a pub in Ireland. And we walked up a mountain and then we got our hot whiskeys and then we got our scones with cream. That’s the kind of thing of just simplicity and fun."

Miles Davis (5/26/1926, Gemini Tiger), Quincy Jones (3/14/1933, Pisces Rooster) : The jazz icon and music producer were longtime friends who collaborated on Davis' final live performance, later released as Miles & Quincy Live at Montreux (1993). The concert marked the first and only time Davis ever revisited music from his back catalogue. Jones described: "I had been trying for 15 years to get him to do that. I've known Miles all my life, we were close friends; I was there in the recording session in 1958 when they did Miles Ahead (1958) with Gil Evans conducting—it was amazing. I said, 'Dewey, this one we've got to do a tribute to.' We kept talking and talking, we were at his home in Central Park West—he was upstairs with Flavor Flav putting an album together—he says 'man this [project] is going to be expensive... and it's hard to play.' Finally, I got him to say yes—I know Miles—and it was fantastic. Man, he played very softly, with no vibrato or anything. That night, I waved and said 'Miles Davis' [to the crowd] and he waved his towel at this audience—I've never seen him do that before—and he growled 'screw you' at me."

Mel Brooks (6/28/1926, Cancer Tiger), David Lynch (1/20/1946, Aquarius Rooster) : The producer and director formed a famously unlikely partnership when they collaborated to make Lynch's script into the award-winning film, The Elephant Man (1980). Speaking about an early meeting, Brooks described: "I wasn't expecting [Lynch] to be so polite, but I was rather impressed. He made sense and was very savvy about the changes he wanted. It was a problem: how does a guy who is known for the best fart jokes in cinema go on to make The Elephant Man? I had all along the line assiduously kept my name from the project. But after this one conversation, David knew I had more to me. I guess it was the outsider aspect that appealed to him. And that's where I think we met, mentally." Lynch said later: "[Brooks] backed me in ways you can’t imagine — people wanted to change this, do this, give me all kinds of hell — never would Mel let it happen...It put me on the map, it was a great experience…it was just a blessing!"

Queen Elizabeth II (4/21/1926, Taurus Tiger), Prince Philip (6/10/1921, Gemini Rooster) : The Queen and Prince Philip were married for 73 years until his death in 2021. According to a report in The Guardian, published when their engagement was announced in 1947: "It is clearly a marriage of choice, not of arrangement...There have been many royal engagements in the past, but it would be hard to find a precise parallel for that of an Heiress Presumptive and still more for her choice as partner of one who is, technically at least, a British commoner."

Marilyn Monroe (6/1/1926, Gemini Tiger), Yves Montand (10/13/1921, Libra Rooster) : The two actors had a well-publicized affair during the making of one of Monroe's last films, Let's Make Love (1960). Montand later described: "[Marilyn] had an immense character, an extremely strong nature—even though, in life as on the screen, she had that little girl voice.
