Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (4/16/1947, Aries Pig), John Wooden (10/14/1910, Libra Dog) : The basketball legend and his coach at UCLA were longtime friends. John Easterling (4/10/1952, Aries Dragon), Olivia Newton-John (9/26/1948, Libra Rat) : The performer/activist and businessman were married from 2008 until Newton-John's death in 2022. "I always tell my friends you're never too old to find love," she said about their relationship. "I found the love of my life at 59 going on 60!"

Russell Crowe (4/7/1964, Aries Dragon), Hugh Jackman (10/12/1968, Libra Monkey) : The two actors famously share a mutually supportive friendship. Jackman has described: "Russell and I actually became very close friends...We knew each other a lot. And [he] has given me advice several times at key moments in my life that helped with my career. The two traded affectionate birthday messages, with Pugh writing in April 2021: "It's this magical person[']s birthday...His need to make people laugh and smile is never ending, his constant generosity and love for others is infectious, his creativity and ability to put real and honest words onto the page inspires many and all who's around him." Lily Tomlin (9/1/1939, Virgo Rabbit), Jane Wagner (2/26/1935, Pisces Pig) : The actor and writer became partners in 1971 and, after 41 years together, married in 2013. Tomlin has described, "[Wagner] expresses how I feel, which I have no ability to do. Johnson described: "Man, I had some of my fondest memories just hanging out with Michael. We played cards every night against each other. And if I had the upper hand, he wanted to play another hour.
