Jerry West (5/28/1938, Gemini Tiger), Kobe Bryant (8/23/1978, Virgo Horse) : Basketball executive and former player/coach West played a key role in drafting Bryant to the LA Lakers, where Bryant became one of the all time legends of US professional sports before his tragic death in 2020. West has spoken of the close bond that developed between them, saying he "loved [Bryant] like a son, I admired his talent." According to West, trash talk was central to their friendship: "We had some unbelievable conversations. I used to tell [Bryant] you foul too much, and you would be out of the game in no time if you are guarding me. I asked him if he's the Black Mamba, and he said yes. Hit-Boy (5/21/1987, Gemini Rabbit), Nas (9/14/1973, Virgo Ox) : Legendary rapper Nas and singer/songwriter/producer/rapper Hit-Boy share a close and collaborative relationship, with Hit-Boy having produced Nas' last four consecutive albums: King's Disease (2020), King's Disease II (2021), Magic (2021), and King's Disease III (2022). Hit-Boy described in 2020: "We were gelling. I had multiple ideas I set to the side: some beats, some hook ideas. [Nas] was open and in a creative zone. He was ready to hear this s—, ready to build on it. Everything I was playing, he’s having his input and we turned it into something....After the first two or three sessions, [we decided to make the whole King's Disease project]. We’re like, 'Nah this s— gotta be an album, everything we’re making sounds crazy.'...[The pandemic] happened, so it gave us time to really dive into it more: make the production better, make the lyrics better. He took his time with certain verses, it turned into this moment." Nas said in 2021, "I try to make my rhymes count. I try to be very intentional with my words. If I’m thinking too into it, too close to the idea, Hit-Boy is good at bringing me back and giving me ideas and moving me into a new direction. It’s a real collaboration."

Amanda Pays (6/6/1959, Gemini Pig), Corbin Bernsen (9/7/1954, Virgo Horse) : The two actors have been married since 1988, and have four children. In addition to working together on screen—they have acted together in films including, I Know My Son is Alive (1994), Spacejacked (1997), The Santa Trap (2002), and Mary 4 Mayor (2020)—they also collaborate in real estate ventures, and as at 2017 had "flipped" 23 homes. Bernsen described: "When we first got together, I had just finished renovating my first home, purchased during 'L.A. Law.' Amanda walked in the door and immediately said, 'Nice, but everything has to go!' She had her own ideas — great ideas — and being so in love and trusting her, I said, 'Have at it!' She deconstructed all that I had just done, and the result was beautiful. To some degree, we’ve both done this 'yielding' with subsequent homes, respecting each other’s vision."

Ian Fleming (5/28/1908, Gemini Monkey), Sean Connery (8/25/1930, Virgo Horse) : The author Fleming, creator of the iconic fictional secret agent, James Bond, famously did not approve of actor Sean Connery being cast in the role. Fleming once said: "I wanted Bond to be an extremely dull, uninteresting man to whom things happened." Connery said later, "I never got introduced to Fleming until I was well into the movie but I know he was not happy with me as the choice. What was it he called me, or told somebody? That I was an over-developed stunt man. He never said it to me. When I did eventually meet him he was very interesting, erudite and a snob – a real snob. But his company was very good for a limited time for me." Fleming eventually warmed to Connery, even giving the character of Bond Scottish ancestry in later books.

George Clooney (5/6/1961, Taurus Ox), Amal Clooney (2/3/1978, Aquarius Snake) : One-time legendary bachelor George Clooney was reinvented as half of a world-famous couple after entering a relationship with Amal Clooney (née Alamuddin). George Clooney has described: "The truth was I met this amazing woman, and she took my breath away. She was brilliant and funny and beautiful and kind. I was sort of swept off my feet."

Nas (9/14/1973, Virgo Ox), Dr. Dre (2/18/1965, Aquarius Snake) : Collaborations between these two Hip-Hop greats have been credited with helping to ease tensions during the East Coast/West Coast rap rivalry during the 1990s.

Finneas O'Connell (7/30/1997, Leo Ox), Billie Eilish (12/18/2001, Sagittarius Snake) : The singer/songwriter and singer/songwriter/producer are sister and brother. The two have collaborated extensively, notably on Eilish's hugely successful and multi-award-winning albums When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (2019) and Happier Than Ever (2021). In a joint interview, Connell described: "Then we were like, 'Let’s make some songs,' that kind of casual thing turned into this more serious thing, and so we had this excuse to see each other all the time. Most of the people that I’m closest to have a really close relationship with their siblings — I think that’s why I identify with them — but they just have no excuse to see them...And so I think that’s the other thing that has cemented our closeness, is just we have this excuse. It’s part of the reason I love going on tour with Billie — I have this excuse to get to spend months at a time with her." Eilish said, "We bicker so much, you would not believe it...Since we were babies, we fight all the time like siblings do. We’re so annoyed by each other and infuriated by things. Sam Peckinpah (2/21/1925, Pisces Ox), Begoña Palacios (12/28/1941, Capricorn Snake) : The Mexican actor and famously troubled US director were married and divorced three times. Their daughter Lupita recalled, "They were so in love with each other but they were two people who couldn't be together but couldn't be separate. There was a lot of passion and love between them. She lived in the past and agonised about losing him. My mother always respected my father very much and she always told me great and beautiful things about him."

Dave Chappelle (8/24/1973, Virgo Ox), Chris Rock (2/7/1965, Aquarius Snake) : The two comedians are good friends who have expressed mutual admiration and appeared together on stage multiple times. Rock has described: "There was like a couple shows that were just me and Dave on stage for like two hours. He would call up my road manager, like, 'I'm coming.' ...I just love Dave, and I look at it like [Jean-Michel] Basquiat and [Andy] Warhol and we’re just collaborating."

Jeff Bridges (12/4/1949, Sagittarius Ox), Beau Bridges (12/9/1941, Sagittarius Snake) : The two brothers are both screen actors, part of a dynasty with father Lloyd Bridges. In 2014, they appeared on stage together at a sold-out event entitled, "Beau and Jeff: A Tale of Two Bridges". Jeff has described their relationship and shared profession by saying, "It’s not a competition. It’s like we’re on the same team."
