Beware the Square! Though somewhat tongue-in-cheek, the idea that a warning may be necessary for the combination of Pisces and Sagittarius is not completely out of place. For there is no shortage of head-to-head confrontation in this supercharged pairing.

Classical approaches to astrology identify some serious headwinds here. The respective elements—the Fire of Sagittarius, the Water of Pisces—are generally regarded as one of the least compatible mixtures. Both signs share the somewhat elusive Mutable modality, so there is none of the balancing influence that Cardinal and Fixed signs offer these two in other combinations. Pisces, being typically dreamy, gentle, and polite, are likely to struggle with Sagittarius' sometimes brusque, even disdainful, manner of delivery. Sagittarius can be exceptionally driven, and may at times disapprove of Pisces as flaky, overly meek, or prone to wasting their time. However, while Pisces can seem idealistic to the point of fragility, they are usually loath to compromise on their commitment to beauty and propriety. Some of Sagittarius' requirements may thus seem to be more trouble than they're worth.

As surprising as it may seem, however, given all these tensions, there is also much to be gained here. Sagittarius has been called the most philosophical of the Western signs, and there is a powerful synergy between their instinctive and all-encompassing command of ethics and Pisces' innate sense of oneness with the universe. As ever, opposite personalities can share intense attraction, and while these two may challenge and confuse each other, they may equally share a kind of mystified admiration. Perhaps most importantly, there is a quality of "partner stand ups" to this relationship. By forcing each other to confront what is most important in their lives, their respective identities can rise together, building mutual and independent strength.

It's not an easy road for these two, by any means, but it may ultimately prove a long and rewarding one.

They have four children together. Speaking humorously about their marriage, Ray said in 1997, "I talk a lot about being married and being tired and not having sex. She’s fine with it. Anuel AA (11/26/1992, Sagittarius Monkey), Ozuna (3/13/1992, Pisces Monkey) : The two singer/rappers have collaborated multiple times, including the chart-topping songs, "China" (2019), "Baila Baila Baila Remix" (2019), and "Adicto" (2019), and the album, Los Dioses (2021). In a joint interview, Ozuna said: "Someone has to sing about the pretty things in life, but someone has to sing about the ugly things, too — what you live when you come from where we came from." Anuel AA explained: "I did music for the street, and Ozuna was commercial. But because we started working together so much, we evolved. Ozuna began to make music for the street, and the street responded. And I started to do more commercial music, and the people in that world responded. We’ve had ups and downs, but we’ve never turned our backs on each other."
