Their work together included the music video, "I'm Not Perfect (But I’m Perfect For You)" (1986), and the film, Vamp (1986). Their collaborations have been described as, "[E]xploit[ing] the tensions and preconceptions spectators carry regarding race and gender. Jones’s fierce stage presence destabilizes historical relations of power enacted through male/female, black/white interaction, while her commanding voice leads the viewer through a symbolic negotiation."

Harvey Keitel (5/13/1939, Taurus Rabbit), Jane Campion (4/30/1954, Taurus Horse) : Director/screenwriter Campion and actor Keitel share a mutually respectful friendship. They collaborated on the acclaimed film, The Piano (1993), written and directed by Campion, and later on Holy Smoke! (1999). Speaking about The Piano, Keitel described: "'The Piano' exists on many levels. It's a complex text. One of the levels most apparent to me is that Jane has done what I have often seen men do — i.e., a woman gathering herself up, taking responsibility for herself and her sexual needs and her spiritual needs, and taking action to fulfill herself. Toby Stephens (4/21/1969, Taurus Rooster), Anna-Louise Plowman (5/9/1972, Taurus Rat) : The two actors have been married since 2001, and have three children. They have collaborated multiple times, including in the TV series, Black Sails (2014-2017), and a stage production of the Noël Coward play, Private Lives. Describing their stage work in a joint interview, Stephens said, "It’s been great. Even though you’re together, with kids you actually rarely talk to one another because everything fits around the children, so it’s actually very nice having time together. I suppose there was the slight anxiety between the two of us that it might be difficult, but it hasn’t been at all." Plowman added, "I think it’s partly because of the people we are; Toby and I are not jealous or competitive of one another’s careers. That would be ridiculous."

Brian Eno (5/15/1948, Taurus Rat), Robert Fripp (5/16/1946, Taurus Dog) : The two legendary musicians—Fripp from the band King Crimson, and Eno from Roxy Music—formed an experimental duo that Rolling Stone ranked 17th on their list of the best duos of all time. Often using the recording technique known as "Frippertronics", they recorded four studio albums: (No Pussyfooting) (1973), Evening Star (1975), The Equatorial Stars (2004), and Beyond Even (1992–2006) (2007). Fripp described in 1988: "I very much enjoyed working with Eno, of course, but it wasn't a question of deliberately making an instrumental record. It was: 'Come home for dinner.' 'Alright Brian, what time?' 'I don't know, some time.' Then turning up and, for no reason I know, taking my guitar and pedalboard and so forth. Eno saying: 'Would you like to plug in and see what you think?' Three days later I heard it and said: 'didn't think much of that!' That became Side One of No Pussyfootin'...For the very first concert in Madrid, we decided what we were going to do five minutes before we went on. And that was the beginning of the Fripp and Eno tour. It was a lot of fun. Two lads having fun, both with a good sense of humour."

Jon Favreau (10/19/1966, Libra Horse), Vince Vaughn (3/28/1970, Aries Dog) : The actor/film-maker are close friends who have shared many notable collaborations, including Swingers (1996), Made (2001), Couples Retreat (2009), and The Break-Up (2006). Swingers, which proved the catalyst for both actors' successes, was written by Favreau as an exaggerated version of the pair's life as best friends and struggling actors. In an interview with one another about The Break-Up, Favreau described: "You dug my sense of humor, and I knew you'd be open to things, you'd be open to them, and I knew that if we were going to improvise together that, you know, it's like two musicians who have played a lot together, our rhythms sort of compliment each other, and so, I didn't have any of the responsibilities to worry about like in Swingers or Made where I was trying to keep a lot of stuff in my head I was able to just come in, and have a lot of fun."

George W. Bush (7/6/1946, Cancer Dog), Condoleezza Rice (11/14/1954, Scorpio Horse) : The former US President appointed diplomat/political scientist Rice as National Security Advisor (2001-2005) and Secretary of State (2005-2009). After the 2020 election, Bush disclosed that he had written in Rice's name on his ballot paper.

Nelson Mandela (7/18/1918, Cancer Horse), Bill Clinton (8/19/1946, Leo Dog) : The anti-apartheid activist and politician developed a close friendship during their respective presidencies of South Africa and the US. Professor Haroon Bhorat of the University of Cape Town has described: "There’s a very, very rich history and bridge that exists between South Africa and the US. If you wanted the jewel in the crown, so to speak, that would be the Mandela-Clinton relationship."

Laura Silverman (6/10/1966, Gemini Horse), Sarah Silverman (12/1/1970, Sagittarius Dog) : The two sisters are actors who have collaborated extensively. On The Sarah Silverman Program (2007-2010), real-life older sister Laura played Sarah's younger sibling. Laura described in 2007, "[Working together is] totally fun, we get along really well in general and love to make each other laugh so it's perfect, and we're kind of a huggy family so it's nice to have each other there for support, too. We're also so different in our acting styles, and big fans of each other's work, so there's no competition or anything."

Margot Robbie (7/2/1990, Cancer Horse), Saoirse Ronan (4/12/1994, Aries Dog) : The two actors became friends when the co-starred in the film, Mary Queen of Scots (2018). In a joint interview, Ronan was asked how she reacted when the two were cast together: "I was so excited, because — and I’ve told you this before, anyway — Margot and I met about a year and a half before we did the film together, and I always thought you were brilliant and fearless as an actor. Every single role you take on is completely different, and you can tell you just go for it — like we were saying, you’re like, 'Well, I’m in it now, so I’m just going to go for it.' But being able to share this with someone who is not only really, really nice, but is really, really normal like you are is really amazing. So well done."

Eboni Nichols (5/12/1978, Taurus Horse), Queen Latifah (3/18/1970, Pisces Dog) : While actor/musician Latifah is famously shy about her private life, it is widely believed that she is in a relationship with Nichols and that the two adopted a son, Rebel, together in 2019. At the BET Awards in 2021, she closed her acceptance speech: "Eboni, my love. Rebel, my love. Happy Pride!"
