Paul McCartney (6/18/1942, Gemini Horse), John Lennon (10/9/1940, Libra Dragon) : As founding members of The Beatles, the two musicians shared a close friendship, and formed perhaps the most famous songwriting partnership in history. In one of his last interviews, months before his assassination in 1980, Lennon described: "Well, you could say that [McCartney] provided a lightness, an optimism, while I would always go for the sadness, the discords, a certain bluesy edge...Paul had a lot of training, could play a lot of instruments. Referring to the play and film Disco Pigs, which he starred in from 1996 to 2001, Murphy described: "That time, making Disco Pigs, was kind of the most important period of my life. They have two children and share custody of Duff's child from a previous relationship. Laurie Metcalf (6/16/1955, Gemini Sheep), Zoe Perry (9/26/1984, Libra Rat) : The mother and daughter are actors who have also collaborated multiple times, including playing the same character at different ages in the show, Young Sheldon (2017-present). In a joint interview in 2018, Perry described: "For me, just thinking back to the first time we got to share a stage together when we did [The] Other Place [on Broadway, from December 2012 to March 2013] — it was such a lucky experience for me because I know what [Metcalf's] capable of. To get to rehearse with her and experience that side of it with her was just such a treat because she's such a pro and she's also really generous and she's also immensely respectful...I mean, you can't separate your own relationship, but she kind of managed to in a very loving way and I appreciated that." Metcalf said, "I also like the fact that Zoe and I are peers now in what we do...Now I have another peer in the family that I can turn to and get advice from."

Kathleen Turner (6/19/1954, Gemini Horse), Michael Douglas (9/25/1944, Libra Monkey) : The two actors displayed legendary chemistry when they appeared together in the films, Romancing the Stone (1984), The Jewel of the Nile (1985), and The War of the Roses (1989), and later the TV series, The Kominsky Method (2018-2021). In her memoir, Send Yourself Flowers (2008), Turner recalled about making Romancing the Stone: "For a time, I was sure I was falling in love with Michael. And I think he was falling in love with me. I was certainly inspired to portray [the character] Joan’s accelerated sexual awareness by working with Michael...[But] I saw that Michael wasn’t free to pursue another relationship. We couldn’t keep the romance. But we kept our friendship. Michael always says very nice things about me...as well he should. Michael and I did some very challenging scenes together. Carmelo Anthony (5/29/1984, Gemini Rat), Kevin Durant (9/29/1988, Libra Dragon) : The two NBA basketball stars share a close friendship. Durant described in 2016: "[Anthony's] a real bro. That’s my guy. I’ve looked up to Carmelo since I was 15 years old. I wanted to be Carmelo. And once I got the opportunity to hang around him and get to know him a little deeper, coming into the Draft, I asked him for advice here and there and it just made things… it made the relationship even smoother." Benjamin Millepied (6/10/1977, Gemini Snake), Natalie Portman (6/9/1981, Gemini Rooster) : The actor and dancer met on the set of the film, Black Swan (2010), for which Portman received an Academy Award. They have been married since 2012 and have two children together. Portman has described: "I met my husband on [the set of Black Swan], so I think I was in, like, dreamland … We had a whole, like, he was teaching me to dance. You know, one of those romantic [stories] … It was definitely exciting and fun. It was beautiful. I don't know about instant. It was like I really got to know him and that was when it seemed like, 'Oh this is the person.'"

Elizabeth Hurley (6/10/1965, Gemini Snake), Shane Warne (9/13/1969, Virgo Rooster) : The actor and cricketer were together in the early 2010s and announced a short-lived engagement in 2011. Warne described later: "I was more in love with Elizabeth than I’d realised I could be. I miss the love we had. My years with Elizabeth were the happiest of my life. I wanted to be better with her."

Bob Dylan (5/24/1941, Gemini Snake), Jakob Dylan (12/9/1969, Sagittarius Rooster) : The two musicians are father and son. Wanting to protect the privacy of his legendary father, who in 2016 was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature for his songwriting, Jakob Dylan said little about their relationship until 2005. Then, Jakob described: "When I was a kid, he was a god to me for all the right reasons. Other people have put that tag on him in some otherworldly sense. I say it as any kid who admired his dad and had a great relationship with him. He never missed a single Little League game I had. He's collected every home-run ball I ever hit. And he's still affectionate to me. Maybe he doesn't want people to know that. But I'll tell you, because it's my interview."

Kevin James (4/26/1965, Taurus Snake), Ray Romano (12/21/1957, Sagittarius Rooster) : The two comedian/actors lived together before they each achieved success, and later continued to guest-star on each other's long-running TV shows, Everybody Loves Raymond (1996-2005), and The King of Queens (1998-2007). In a joint interview, Romano said: "We bonded over getting turned down for every audition we went on." James added: "We tried to play a lot of golf, because we didn't have a lot of work."

Kanye West (6/8/1977, Gemini Snake), Jay-Z (12/4/1969, Sagittarius Rooster) : The two rappers are longtime friends who have collaborated on multiple occasions, including the tracks "Otis", "Never Let Me Down", "Izzo (H.O.V.A)", "Diamonds From Sierra Leone (Remix)", "Run This Town", "’03 Bonnie & Clyde", "Clique", "Heart of the City (Ain't No Love)", and "Encore". Although the two have faced challenges in their relationship, Jay-Z described: "That’s my brother, we’re beyond friends. Really, like literally, my little brother is Kanye. After a period of disputation after NWA broke up, in 2016 they appeared together on stage for the first time in 27 years. Cube described: "We just went forward. We're gonna always be like that. I don't care if we don't talk to each other for 10 years, when we see each other, it's gonna be like yesterday."

Oprah Winfrey (1/29/1954, Aquarius Snake), Ellen DeGeneres (1/26/1958, Aquarius Rooster) : The two talk show hosts are close friends, who are also neighbours in Montecito, California. In a 2021 interview, Winfrey told Degeneres: "[Y]ou have shared yourself, the expression of your talent, in a way that has made people feel so much better about themselves all these years, that is what you’ve done, Ellen. It’s so much more than the show...Every single person in your audience who has been touched by you, by your laughter, by your jokes, by your kindness, by your sharing, by your being, that’s your legacy." Degeneres replied: "I love you so much, Oprah. I am, as I say all the time, I am so honored to call you a friend. You are the wisest person I know and I just adore you."
