They collaborated on Gainsbourg's directorial debut, Jane by Charlotte (2021), an intimate documentary film comprising interviews between the two women. Gainsbourg described about making the film: "The thing is, it could have never ended and at one point, we don’t want it to end. Although the starting point was really tough, we ended in such a sweet place where it was so easy to be together and talk...[By the end] I was asking everything that I wanted without thinking about whether they were subjects that I should avoid. Mitch Mitchell (7/9/1946, Cancer Dog), Jimi Hendrix (11/27/1942, Sagittarius Horse) : The two musicians collaborated extensively as two thirds of the band The Jimi Hendrix Experience. They had planned to continue as the Experience or as 'Jimi Hendrix', with a new bass player, before Hendrix died in 1970. Mitchell later described: "There are a lot of things that we never said. I think what it comes down to is a kind of mutual respect for each other. Musically, I’d give him a hard time, he’d give me a hard time, though it was a very compatible situation from my side. Jon Favreau (10/19/1966, Libra Horse), Vince Vaughn (3/28/1970, Aries Dog) : The actor/film-maker are close friends who have shared many notable collaborations, including Swingers (1996), Made (2001), Couples Retreat (2009), and The Break-Up (2006). Swingers, which proved the catalyst for both actors' successes, was written by Favreau as an exaggerated version of the pair's life as best friends and struggling actors. After the 2020 election, Bush disclosed that he had written in Rice's name on his ballot paper.

Nelson Mandela (7/18/1918, Cancer Horse), Bill Clinton (8/19/1946, Leo Dog) : The anti-apartheid activist and politician developed a close friendship during their respective presidencies of South Africa and the US. Professor Haroon Bhorat of the University of Cape Town has described: "There’s a very, very rich history and bridge that exists between South Africa and the US. If you wanted the jewel in the crown, so to speak, that would be the Mandela-Clinton relationship."

Laura Silverman (6/10/1966, Gemini Horse), Sarah Silverman (12/1/1970, Sagittarius Dog) : The two sisters are actors who have collaborated extensively. On The Sarah Silverman Program (2007-2010), real-life older sister Laura played Sarah's younger sibling. Laura described in 2007, "[Working together is] totally fun, we get along really well in general and love to make each other laugh so it's perfect, and we're kind of a huggy family so it's nice to have each other there for support, too. We're also so different in our acting styles, and big fans of each other's work, so there's no competition or anything."

At the BET Awards in 2021, she closed her acceptance speech: "Eboni, my love. Rebel, my love. Happy Pride!"
