Paul McCartney (6/18/1942, Gemini Horse), John Lennon (10/9/1940, Libra Dragon) : As founding members of The Beatles, the two musicians shared a close friendship, and formed perhaps the most famous songwriting partnership in history. In one of his last interviews, months before his assassination in 1980, Lennon described: "Well, you could say that [McCartney] provided a lightness, an optimism, while I would always go for the sadness, the discords, a certain bluesy edge...Paul had a lot of training, could play a lot of instruments. Laurie Metcalf (6/16/1955, Gemini Sheep), Zoe Perry (9/26/1984, Libra Rat) : The mother and daughter are actors who have also collaborated multiple times, including playing the same character at different ages in the show, Young Sheldon (2017-present). In a joint interview in 2018, Perry described: "For me, just thinking back to the first time we got to share a stage together when we did [The] Other Place [on Broadway, from December 2012 to March 2013] — it was such a lucky experience for me because I know what [Metcalf's] capable of. To get to rehearse with her and experience that side of it with her was just such a treat because she's such a pro and she's also really generous and she's also immensely respectful...I mean, you can't separate your own relationship, but she kind of managed to in a very loving way and I appreciated that." Metcalf said, "I also like the fact that Zoe and I are peers now in what we do...Now I have another peer in the family that I can turn to and get advice from."

Kathleen Turner (6/19/1954, Gemini Horse), Michael Douglas (9/25/1944, Libra Monkey) : The two actors displayed legendary chemistry when they appeared together in the films, Romancing the Stone (1984), The Jewel of the Nile (1985), and The War of the Roses (1989), and later the TV series, The Kominsky Method (2018-2021). In her memoir, Send Yourself Flowers (2008), Turner recalled about making Romancing the Stone: "For a time, I was sure I was falling in love with Michael. And I think he was falling in love with me. I was certainly inspired to portray [the character] Joan’s accelerated sexual awareness by working with Michael...[But] I saw that Michael wasn’t free to pursue another relationship. We couldn’t keep the romance. But we kept our friendship. Michael always says very nice things about me...as well he should. Michael and I did some very challenging scenes together. Carmelo Anthony (5/29/1984, Gemini Rat), Kevin Durant (9/29/1988, Libra Dragon) : The two NBA basketball stars share a close friendship. Durant described in 2016: "[Anthony's] a real bro. That’s my guy. I’ve looked up to Carmelo since I was 15 years old. I wanted to be Carmelo. And once I got the opportunity to hang around him and get to know him a little deeper, coming into the Draft, I asked him for advice here and there and it just made things… it made the relationship even smoother." Jon Favreau (10/19/1966, Libra Horse), Vince Vaughn (3/28/1970, Aries Dog) : The actor/film-maker are close friends who have shared many notable collaborations, including Swingers (1996), Made (2001), Couples Retreat (2009), and The Break-Up (2006). Swingers, which proved the catalyst for both actors' successes, was written by Favreau as an exaggerated version of the pair's life as best friends and struggling actors. In an interview with one another about The Break-Up, Favreau described: "You dug my sense of humor, and I knew you'd be open to things, you'd be open to them, and I knew that if we were going to improvise together that, you know, it's like two musicians who have played a lot together, our rhythms sort of compliment each other, and so, I didn't have any of the responsibilities to worry about like in Swingers or Made where I was trying to keep a lot of stuff in my head I was able to just come in, and have a lot of fun."

George W. Bush (7/6/1946, Cancer Dog), Condoleezza Rice (11/14/1954, Scorpio Horse) : The former US President appointed diplomat/political scientist Rice as National Security Advisor (2001-2005) and Secretary of State (2005-2009). After the 2020 election, Bush disclosed that he had written in Rice's name on his ballot paper.

Nelson Mandela (7/18/1918, Cancer Horse), Bill Clinton (8/19/1946, Leo Dog) : The anti-apartheid activist and politician developed a close friendship during their respective presidencies of South Africa and the US. Professor Haroon Bhorat of the University of Cape Town has described: "There’s a very, very rich history and bridge that exists between South Africa and the US. If you wanted the jewel in the crown, so to speak, that would be the Mandela-Clinton relationship."

Laura Silverman (6/10/1966, Gemini Horse), Sarah Silverman (12/1/1970, Sagittarius Dog) : The two sisters are actors who have collaborated extensively. On The Sarah Silverman Program (2007-2010), real-life older sister Laura played Sarah's younger sibling. Laura described in 2007, "[Working together is] totally fun, we get along really well in general and love to make each other laugh so it's perfect, and we're kind of a huggy family so it's nice to have each other there for support, too. We're also so different in our acting styles, and big fans of each other's work, so there's no competition or anything."

Margot Robbie (7/2/1990, Cancer Horse), Saoirse Ronan (4/12/1994, Aries Dog) : The two actors became friends when the co-starred in the film, Mary Queen of Scots (2018). In a joint interview, Ronan was asked how she reacted when the two were cast together: "I was so excited, because — and I’ve told you this before, anyway — Margot and I met about a year and a half before we did the film together, and I always thought you were brilliant and fearless as an actor. Every single role you take on is completely different, and you can tell you just go for it — like we were saying, you’re like, 'Well, I’m in it now, so I’m just going to go for it.' Eboni Nichols (5/12/1978, Taurus Horse), Queen Latifah (3/18/1970, Pisces Dog) : While actor/musician Latifah is famously shy about her private life, it is widely believed that she is in a relationship with Nichols and that the two adopted a son, Rebel, together in 2019. At the BET Awards in 2021, she closed her acceptance speech: "Eboni, my love. Rebel, my love. Happy Pride!"
